Management Fee 2026/2027
Noted below are the changes to the management fee and building insurance premium per quarter (every 3 months) for the 2026/27 financial year. The increased charge will take effect from the period 1st April – 30th June 2026. The increase is due to associated rising costs for the association; we have tried to keep the increase as low as possible.

The building insurance premium will be £80.93 per quarter.
Customers who pay via Direct Debit will have their payments increased automatically.

If you are an owner and need to report a common repair to our Factoring team during office hours:
