ng Property (Scotland) Limited is a registered subsidiary of North Glasgow Housing Association.
It has its own Management Board and Executive Officers and produces its own operating accounts. It provides homeowners with property management services commonly known as Factoring services on behalf of ng homes.
As your Factor you can expect ng Property (Scotland) Limited to:
- Arrange all planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance for common property on your behalf with due regard to sensitive financial constraints
- Consult and seek your agreement regarding the cost and sequence of major repairs
- Complete quality control inspections of all completed common repairs before authorising contractors invoices
We will respond to:
- Common property emergency repairs within 24 hours
- Common property urgent repairs within 3 days
- Common property routine repairs within 5 days
We will provide:
- Direct access to Administration and Technical Officers
- An emergency 24-hour call centre out with office opening hours
- Buildings insurance in a block policy
- Advice and support on grants and loan schemes
- Debt management and welfare benefits advice
- Concierge services where applicable
- A dedicated e-mail address and online information
- Offer a range of payment methods
- Organise stair cleaning, common lighting, back court maintenance, litter picking and bulk uplift where applicable
- Maintain communal TV aerials where applicable
- Establish and consult with local Owners Forums
- Respond to correspondence and formal enquiries within ten days of receipt
- Acknowledge diversity & equality and treat you respectfully and courteously at all times
