Tenant Participation Strategy
ng homes are delighted to bring you the Tenant Participation Strategy. Our Board and staff are absolutely committed to ensuring that our tenants influence our decision making processes. We want our customers to be involved in designing the services they receive so that we create and deliver services that meet their needs, and our performance continually improves.
We are currently preparing to set rent levels for April 2022 - March 2023.
All tenants will be contacted to take part in the rent consultation. You will receive a letter asking that you complete the enclosed form and return it to us in the freepost envelope provided, if this doesn’t suit, you can contact us on 0141 560 6000 and let us know your views. If we hold a mobile phone number for you, you will also receive a text message from us. You can also take part using our online form.
You only need to send one reply – please do this in whatever way suits you best by 21st January 2022. It is important to us to know what you think our rent increase should be.
We will be using an independent consultant to gather tenant views. If you are a tenant of ng homes and do not wish to receive a call from the consultant please contact us to let us know.
Prize Draw: All tenants who take part in the consultation will be entered into a prize draw and 5 tenants will be randomly selected to win £50 of Tesco Vouchers. The winners will be announced at the end of January 2022.
