Free energy advice and support 💡
Did you know Home Energy Scotland is the Scottish Government’s free energy advice service?
They offer impartial advice to help you stay warm and manage your energy use. With energy costs still high, many households are feeling the pressure. If you’re worried about your bills, support is available.
Their friendly advisors can help you:
✔ Make the most of your energy
✔ Find ways to reduce your bills
✔ Access support to keep your home warm
Free advice appointments
Home Energy Scotland (HES) will be based in our offices in June, July and August to offer advice sessions with their trained energy advisors (Energy Carers). If you or someone you know may benefit from speaking with one of the advisors, please contact us by phone on 0141 560 6000 or email info@nghomes.net and we will help arrange an appointment.

Heat - The Wise Group
If you or someone you know is struggling with their energy bills, Heat from The Wise Group may be able to help. They may be able to speak to your supplier about any questions you may have regarding billing issues or outstanding debt.
Heat mentors can also provide advice by visiting you at home and continued support through further visits/remote assistance to help save you money on your energy bills.
