The role involves working on electrical contracts within a range of properties owned and managed by ng homes, delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre-set budgets. 

The successful candidate will provide high-quality electrical services to support maintenance projects for ng2 Ltd on behalf of ng homes.  You will be a time served electrician to SVQ level 3 or equivalent along with knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations and possess an ECS/CSCS Grading card (gold).

The successful candidate will be appointed on ng2 Ltd terms and conditions of employment.  ng2 Ltd does not have a sick-pay scheme however a pension scheme is offered in line with auto-enrolment and annual leave is a minimum of 28 days per annum inclusive of public holidays.
