Job Title: Call Centre Operative
Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months

The Call Centre Operative will deliver a professional and high-quality service to tenants and customers in a call centre environment.
The Call Centre Operative will provide a courteous, sensitive and responsive service and deal with enquiries by telephone in line with the Customer Care Policy and target response times. The successful candidate should have experience of working in a customer focused environment, with strong communication and listening skills. The successful candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work on an individual basis and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be appointed on ng2 Ltd terms and conditions of employment. ng2 Ltd offers a pension scheme in line with auto-enrolment and a company health plan with access to various perks including reclaiming costs for dental treatment, glasses and physiotherapy. Annual leave is a minimum of 28 days per annum inclusive of public holidays, increasing each year to a maximum of 33 days.
