Build your confidence, improve your English, and connect with others in your community. Our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes are a great way to develop your language skills in a welcoming and supportive environment. Sessions are run by qualified tutors in partnership with Rosemount Lifelong Learning.
We're delighted to share that these sessions willl be continuing through August and beyond. They cover three levels - beginner, intermediate and Conversation Cafes (intended for those more comfortable speaking English to gain confidence and comfort in the language).

Beginner ESOL Class - perfect if you are new to learning English.
Saturdays 10:00am – 12:00pm (Ron Davey Enterprise Center, 10 Vulcan Street). Next classes: 15, 22 and 29 August 2026.
Pre-Intermediate ESOL Class - for learners who already have some English and want to improve further.
Thursdays 6:30pm – 8:30pm (Balgrayhill Community Centre). Next classes: 13, 20 and 27 August and 3, 10, 17 and 24 September 2026.
Conversation Café - practice speaking and build confidence in a relaxed, informal setting.
Tuesdays 10:30am – 12:30pm (Balgrayhill Community Centre, G21 3AE). Next cafe: 18 and 25 August 2026.
