Management Fee 2024/2025

Noted below are the changes to the management fee and building insurance premium per quarter (every 3 months) for the 2024/25 financial year.  The increased charge will take effect from the period 1st April – 30th June 2024. The increase is due to associated rising costs for the association; we have tried to keep the increase as low as possible.

The building insurance premium will be £68.26 per quarter. 

Customers who pay via Direct Debit will have their payments increased automatically.
