The Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) aims to encourage landlords to improve the energy efficiency of social housing in Scotland.The Scottish Government has a vision to create warm, high quality, low carbon and affordable homes. The EESSH was introduced in 2014 and is a crucial part of Energy Efficient Scotland.
From 2019/20 EESSH reports are included in the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC). Please view the ARC page on our website for EESSH reports after 2019/20.
