Hours: 35 Hours per week
Grade/Salary: £13.45 per hour

We are looking to recruit Modern Apprentices to learn and work within the Housing Services and Property Services teams.
Due to funding, this opportunity is open to 16-19 year olds who must be registered with a Glasgow Futures Project.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 5 June 2026.

Housing Services Modern Apprenticeship
Build your skills in administration, customer service, and housing support. You’ll work closely with our Housing Services team, helping with day‑to‑day operations, supporting customers, and providing support to the wider Housing Services team. Alongside real workplace experience, you’ll work towards recognised qualifications including CIH Level 5 in Housing Practice and an SVQ Level 2 in Housing over this 2-year programme.
Property Services Modern Apprenticeship
In this role, you’ll support our Property Services team with day‑to‑day administration, customer service, and project support—learning everything from repairs processes to construction project management. Alongside real workplace experience, you’ll work towards recognised qualifications including CIH Level 5 in Housing Practice and an SVQ Level 2 in Housing.
