Salary: EVH Grade 9 (SM1 - SM3) £53,904 - £56,558 per annum (pay award pending)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

ng homes is a leading community based Housing Association that provides housing and support services to almost 7,000 tenants and owners within North Glasgow. Our customers are at the heart of our business and we strive to deliver customer service excellence in all that we do.
We are looking to recruit a Factoring & Letting Manager who will play a full role in the implementation and achievement of ng homes’ strategic objectives, vision and values in providing excellent factoring & MMR services via the subsidiary NGPS.
The key purpose of this role is to lead, manage, develop and support the team to achieve operational performance and strategic targets relating to Factoring & Letting functions whilst ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective service to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate wide-ranging experience of working within a Housing Association environment along with previous experience and knowledge of technical standards and the legislative framework governing property management services.
Extensive knowledge of housing management IT systems is essential for this role along with knowledge of the regulatory environment for social landlords. Letwell CIH Level 3 or a relevant Housing Qualification at degree level would be advantageous.
