Our offices will be making changes later this month - from Monday 30 June, 2025 we we will no longer be able to accept cash payments in our offices.
We know this change may cause worry. However, we’ve got several easy and flexible options to help you manage your payments including:
- Allpay App - it's FREE to download from the Apple App Store/Google Play Store;
- Use the Allpay card at your nearest PayPoint shop - please call 0330 041 6497 or visit the Allpay website to request a card;
- Set up a Direct Debit;
- Make payments over the phone using your debit or credit card; or
- Set up a Standing Order.
