Emergency details over the festive break

The Association will close for the Christmas and New Year break at 12:30pm on Friday 20 December 2024.

We will re-open our services at 9am on Monday 8 January 2025.

During this period you can always contact our Concierge team, who maintain a 24-hour service, on 0141 560 6000. If you need to report an emergency repair, including gas central heating or lighting faults in your close or multi-storey block, during the holidays by calling the emergency contact number 0800 595 595.

• Please note that owners will need to arrange their own contractor for any internal repairs, however if there are any repairs needed for common parts/areas of the building then please call the number above.
• TV aerial faults should be reported direct to our Concierge staff.

If you call either our Springburn or Possilpark office numbers, you will be directed through to our Concierge staff.
